Region Free games quality (NTSC vs PAL)

Hey forumI know that some xbox 360 games are region free, so it doesn't matter if they're NTSC because they will work on PAL.But, my question is: those region free NTSC games (for example, Tomb Raider Underworld), although working on a PAL xbox, lose image quality anyway??Thanks x
