Dead space, when I first played it I thought ''meh, another horror game'' 2 months later I wanted to see why everybody was so hyped with the game, played it again and couldn't stop till I was done with it.Amazing game, but I tried it for the first time at a bad moment in my life... that's why I didn't like it at first.what game did you decide to give a secon ...
None yet... Kinda giving up on Assassin's Creed though...
I gave up on Mass Effect because I just couldn't get into it after the first hour or so. So I put it down for a while and actually sold it on Amazon. About 6 months later, I purchased it again, beat it, and loved every moment of it. I can't wait for ME2!
Bully: Scholarship editionI played one chapter hated it, then I borrowed it to try and get 1000G, well i beat it and i dont wanna get the 1000G cause it will spoil the fun i had in the game for the last 2 weeks.
Oblivion. I never could get into it. I sold it, but then I played through fallout 3 and loved it. Since I was familiar with the game engine I decided to get it for the ps3 and give it another go. I am into it now and am having fun.
Cod4 Sp I got stuck in the tv station part a week after I bought it.
GTA4, I got it at launch, played it for a week, then put it down for a year.Picked it up again recently and completed it along with TLAD.
assassins creed; i played it for maybe 10 minutes way back when it first arrived and promptly pushed it aside until a few months ago when i guess i went through achievement puberty and started becoming a full fledged achievement whore (still not gonna do the sports games where you just sim for achievements though) so i plugged it in again and it took me about 3 days to beat the story then went back and whored a few more achievements and i must say, crazy fantastic game, super good visuals, the combat system is utterly fantastic and the creativity of the story is enthralling in even it's worst moments, can't wait for AC:2
Mass Effect and Call of Duty 4
Loved Mass Effect when I gave it a second chance. Still thought the multiplayer in CoD4 was off my second time. I've always liked the campaign but there wasn't much replay value.
same here with Fallout 3. thought it was boring at first. played it again and I spent like 40 hours in a few days.
I basically gave up on playing multiplayer games for a long time. But yesterday I played GTA IV and Red Faction Guerilla's multiplayer modes, and I was hooked all day.
the online of gears of war 2
- Dead Rising
 - Call of duty 3
 - Condemned

I want to give Mass Effect a second chance... depends if I get ODST or not... I'm having fun enough with Halo 3 but my friend is getting ODST(we we're playing the metagame til 8am this morning to get the first level achievement) and he wants me to get it as well. So it depends, because I want to get into ME2 but I hear it's going to have a feature where your previous saves affect the new game or give some bonus items, IIRC...
Deadrising.. :D..
bioshock...brought it last year Christmas and recently finished it
one of the best games I've ever played this year
I just rebought Halo 3. Never finished the campaign, so I'd like to see how the story ends. Even though I don't really remember what happened in the 2nd one.
oblivion.
Old game, but Jade Empire. I played the demo years ago and hated it. I picked it up last week for 5 bucks and have a totally different opinion. It's a great game.
