Just caught an article that Forza 3 is golden and we should be seeing a demo for it tomorrow. I'm not much into racing games but this one looks just too good to pass up. I'm going to be getting that demo and if it's worthwhile for me playing the crap out of it until the game releases at the end of October. I've done some research but are there any obscurely reported features that anyone can think of that are coming in this game?Forza 3 Demo should drive in tomorrow
Can't wait for the demo!Forza 3 Demo should drive in tomorrow
excellent, i dled the dirt 2 demo to just get rid of the racing feeling i had but didn't work lol forza should do the trick :)
Just like you, im not a fan of racing games but it looks so damn good :D yep i have to try it.
Great news, i'm definitly gonna give it a shot, looks fun.
I can't wait to play this demo already.
Looking forward to hopping in the Evo and testing out the in-car view and roll mechanics...

It looks too good to pass up and the community content is going to be wicked. I might just go in to make new replay videos and then port them to my PC for some video editting.
This game looks like one I definitely won't pass up, maybe even get a wheel for.
Can't wait! I been in one helluva racing game mood lately and I think this will do the trick!

Oddly enough so have I. I'm not even close to sure why I've been in that mood since I've never been really big on the genre but something about seeing this game and everything is just getting me giddy. Who knows.

last time i was really excited by playing a racing game was back on the xbox with NFSU1/2, Sega GT and Forza1 in which i have a lot of good memories. Nfs games suck atm, segaGT was cool at the time but the true xbox exclusive driving sim then showed up(forza) and since then i have bought 0 racing games. Im in the mood for some racing right now for some reason.
Yup! Demo's gonna be a bit bare-bones, unfortunately. 5 cars, one track. No online multiplayer or upgrades or livery editor or anything. Will have online leaderboards, though. And for those interested, Brutal Legend demo should be up tomorrow, too. :D

Also good point on the BL demo. I got the demo key from GameStop and it's wicked awesome, if not a bit full of cut scenes. Even bare bones, this Forza demo is going to tell me a whole lot about if I'm going to like this game or not, which I don't see why I wouldn't. The customization, upgrading and community things alone seem like enough to sell me.
I think the appeal of the Forza series can't be experienced in a demo. Half of the fun of the Forza games is customization and upgrading... unless they just want to showcase the new cars and graphics.
It'll give you a good feel for the driving dynamics and the graphics, but not much else. For those that dont know much about the game, they aren't gonna really get a good feel for the depth that it offers.I think its a bit short-sighted on Turn 10's part, to be honest. They could have added in a bit more. Maybe a very limited livery editor(w/some decals and numbers to put on the cars) ormaybe another track(there's 115 in the game!) or something.Oh well. I'm still excited.

Know how stripped it is, I'm still excited to get my hands on it, but I really think it's just going to tease me for the full game, which in a sense is exactly what they're trying to do with a demo lol.
Been anticipating this demo since it was announced ... :)I prefer how they're doing it, too -- a small sampling to wet the appetite.

It seems that part of the enjoyment of this game is customization, and I really want to try it out for myself.I see many people share the same fervor that I have. I've been pumped for the racing genre lately, especially after playing numerous hours on the Shift demo on PC. (Still haven't unlocked the Pagani, though. :()
i'm excited for the demo, I own the first 2, and they are excellent games. sometimes I dont have the time to play them, so i throw in Project Gotham 3 or 4 to get a quick race, but Forza is the most realistic racing game you can find.on a side note, how do you guys know when demos are coming out? I hate to check Xboxlive every couple days just to see whats new. They seem to be sporatic about releasing demos, and you'd think they'd release more demos of games BEFORE the game comes out....but its not always how it goes. Plenty of games have NO demo out there, and rental places run out, so it's risky to buy sometimes.
