Starting with a low bid is a way of getting lots of people interested. You all think you are getting a bargin and a bidding war begins. Human nature being what it is you don't want to lose so.....the price climbs until the winner pays over the odds or at least over what the seller needed to make a profit!

I got my original 360 from someone off Ebay, of course the seller had his with a ''buy it now'' option, which is what I did. I haven't really bought many things through Ebay but I think that is the price that most if not all bids start at, dont quote me on that however.

I would never buy a 360 used, it's just not worth it IMO
