Xbox live down or update problem?

Hey, I just went to play my 360 and it popped up with an update, so I let it do its thing and all updated with no issues. The console rebooted but not Im unable to connect to Live now. Is anyone having a similar issue or has any idea why Im unable to connect now? I was connected perfectly fine about an hour before the update. Also, connection test is telling me Im connecting to the internet with no issues, its just Live that isnt working.Xbox live down or update problem?
