help with 50hz and 60 hz plz help

ok im getting an xbox 360 and i will be playing it on a 28 inch sony crt tv (i know its rubbish) and lots of good game like cod 4, halo etc only play on 60hz and my friend had a problem when playing on 60hz on his non hd tv as it had orange block's in the middle of the screen and the graphics were blured. does anyone know if i will get this problem or will 60hz look and work fine on my crt sony tv. replys quick guys plz i realy need help. thanksp.s sorry i know i am nooby but we all have to start some were thanks guys :Dhelp with 50hz and 60 hz plz help
Fanboi I don't think you need to be worried about your new tv not playing certain games. As long as you use the original cables that came with your 360 you should be fine seeing as how you can select between SD and HD with a switch at the end of the cable. I recently bought a new tv but I previously was using a four year old CRT tv and had no problems. help with 50hz and 60 hz plz help

can anybody tell me how to get back to 50 hz i put my xbox on 1080p 60 hz coz i wanted to play hitman now i wanna change it bak to 50hz coz i rekon it looks better playing gta4 with 50 can any body tell me how to change it bak plzz i'v been at it all night with no luck!!
I have a 50hz TV, and games like Mass Effect (which only plays on 60hz) works perfectly! The graphics are of course a bit worse than on a HDTV, but hey, it works... at least.
