My Head Set Broke Today. But I Can Only Talk In It, But Cannot Hear. Is There Any Way I Can Fix This Outstanding Issue?I Do Not Want To Spend Money On Another One, But It May Be My Only Option. May God Be With You.By The Way The Head Set Is A Plantronics Xbox 360 Live Headset X10Head Set Broke

Same thing happened to me yesterday. Although, the reason it was doing it to me is cause my cat was chewing on the cord right before it stopped working. I'm so glad my cat did that though, cause I went to Best Buy to exchange it and it was the LAST day of my warranty. So now I got a brand new mic.

What is it that you think someone is going to do? Post a diagram of how to repair your headset? If you can, try to take it back. Otherwise live with it or try to take it apart and see if you can find the problem.

Same thing has happend to me many times, i took my broken ones apart and ended up fixing one of them but the other one is hooped.
Call Customer support and they will say send it in and give a new headset. They wont give you a box for it.

Why don't you guys just use cell phone headsets, they work the same except you can't lower the sound. Or buy the Ax360 5.1 Surround sound headset, it 110 dollars but worth it.

For one of my mics that messed up i just took that apart and moved the ON/OFF switch over to ON (so its on all the time). because the problem was when you put the mic to ON, it would just move right back to OFF a few seconds later. So i made it so its ALWAYS on.
