Halo Noob

I never played Halo. Got ODST. 2 questions. It gave me a message about NAT ports not being open. Does it really make a big difference and do i need to open them? Also, i am lost on the matchmaking thing. I could NOT find firefight anywhere? Or do i need to play and get a higher level/rank? I posted this in the sticky and got no response.Halo Noob
Ok i don't have ODST but i know what to do. First thing YES NAT ports do matter you want OPEN NAT. This means you are the most compatible when it comes to finding matches in matchmaking and getting no lag. Also to find firefight you go onto Disc 1 and it's on the main menu not on matchmaking-which is on disc 2.Halo Noob

So firefight is on the campaign disk and not the mp disk?

How do you heal yourself in the campaign? I saw those things on the wall. Do you just walk up to them or is there a button to push. Saw a vid and it looked like they were just walking up to it?
